As some of you have had the pleasure of noticing, a new skin and graphics set have been put into play. You can all thank Ele for the beautiful skin!
First off, please post or PM any issues you have. We're switching over a lot of the colors in the threads to match with this new skin. We're definitely going to rely on you guys to inform us of problems you notice (because we're probably not going to check every inch of every page...)
Second, we're planning to put a new concept into play. It will have it's own thread and form for you to fill out once it's completed. Rather than doing monthly awards, we're going to try a "Nominations" sort of thing. They'll still be considered awards, but they can be submitted at any time and be for anything. They will be posted in the sidebar, possibly randomized if we get a good number of them. We're going with this because it avoids popularity contests and focuses on the great opportunities the site can offer new members.
Basically, it's a way to showcase specific parts of our site. You'll be able to nominate members, characters, pairs, trios, etc and include a brief explanation of what they do that is so commendable. These should probably be rather large things, not just "Britt for accepting my app!" sort of things (that was a really dumb example, but shhh). Nominating can begin as soon as the form is posted (hopefully tonight, tomorrow at the latest). It will be done via PM and will remain anonymous in the sidebar.
