Cool, and crisp air touched Moka's bare shoulders and legs. It was lovely to be outside, enjoying the early morning air in her white sundress, and matching sandals. As always a smile gripped Moka's face and she walked along jovially.
Who couldn't be happy on a day like this? The sun was promising a gorgeous and warm day, no clouds to even mar the pastel blue sky's perfection. So perhaps she was a little over exagerated. Moka was just naturally an optimist, she couldn't help it, even with her darker past.
So many people killed, just so one girl could see. It wasn't right. But it wouldn't do now to dwell on past mistakes, she had learned her lesson and the alchemist would keep that with her forever. With a sigh Moka settled down on a park bench, aranging her dress around her, and pushing her long, thick, pink colored tresses away from her delicate face.
She peered around, her vivid green eyes bright with interest, she was pretty much alone except for a few people who trudged to work in the earlier hours, sleep still showing on their face. Moka had the day off today, and she intended to spend every minute of it having fun. Perhaps she would even treat herself to lunch.
"Good morning world. It's so nice to have a day off."

Victor wore his military uniform, at least he wore it for the most part. The towering mass of flesh moved through the streets with his left hand resting against the top hem of his pants with his thumb tucked behind his belt. In his right hand he held his coat with his index finger, the blue jacket laid over the giant's right shoulder.
Needless to say he of course drew a lot of attention from even the groggy early morning crowd, partially due to his size, partially due to his being in the military, but primarily for his tan skin and red hair. Yes, even if Victor had tried he would never be able to blend into a crowd except maybe in Ishval.
Moving through an expansive park, Victor took in the beauty of the landscape. It had been awhile since he had been several months since he had been back in Central, but it still looked as beautiful as ever to him. The bird's sang and the sun was beginning to share its warm caress to the moving masses of Amestris and the rest of the world.
He was just passing behind some bushes (behind the park bench) as he heard a voice break the sounds of nature. The voice was light and obviously feminine and with that, Victor was hooked. After all, Victor was never able to pass up the chance to chat to a girl. . . especially if they were pretty.
Taking a peak over the normally tall hedge which was short compared to him he saw pink hair and fair skin and immediately broke out into a wide grin and soon enough was speaking, his voice emanating from above and behind the girl.
"And a good morning to you."
The words were said in Victor's normal deep and somewhat loud voice, but they were warm and had just a slight touch of mirth to them to match the grin that quickly reappeared on his face after he finished speaking.
OOC: Okay hopefully you are not upset ^^; I remembered how you said you just wanted to rp with someone and you didn't care who so I figured instead of Ashur I would slip Victor into this thread. 1. They would probably have better interaction and 2. I could use a break from playing Ashur. If you are not okay with this I'll delete this post and use Ashur.

She really was off in her own world, sitting on the bench, staring out at the beautiful world. The dew still clung to the trees, and the ground, but everyonce in a while one would let itself fall to join the light sprinkling on the grassy park grounds. A few dandelions, missing all but a few of their seeds, swayed with a light breeze. Moka breathed deeply, wanting to capture every moment of the morning, ever thing that happened, through sight, smell, touch... and taste. Oh, that reminded her, there was a bakery down the way on the other side of the park she could visit. Supposedly they had fudge, and other delectable sweets. She would definitely be heading there. Already she could imagine it.
Most thought it was hilarious that a girl as petite as Moka could eat as much as she did. She could probably eat as much as one of those athletic pro-swimmers or something, and they had a whole pizza to themselves sometimes. The thought made her giggle, she wouldn't turn down a whole pizza to herself. She probably couldn't finish it sadly, but she'd give her best try.
Still admist her thoughts of food Moka's usually attentive senses didn't realize someone was behind her, or at least behind the bench until the spoke. Immediatly she had her own reaction which involved jumping, litteraly leaping of the bench, to turn gracefully around. Her billowing dress flapping at the sudden movement. "Oh, sorry I got spooked I suppose" She gave a wry smile, as if joking about her own silliness then continued on talking, "Good morning," She took in what she could see, as a bit of him was still hidden by the bushes, somethign about him she recognized. He was obviously in the military, but that wasn't it. She hardly paid attention to others in the military. She was an alchemist and had her own studies to do.
Then it clicked, "You are an alchemist aren't you?" Excitement shone in her eyes and she reached her small hand out to shake his, "Please, do join me."
OOC || Don't mind at all hun! ^-^ Oh, and I'm so sorry you had to wait so long.

Victor watched as the girl leaped from her position on the bench, turning in surprise. Instead of teasing Victor's left hand went to scratch his hair lightly and an apologetic smile replaced the original grin. Soon enough though she was speaking and asking him if he was an alchemist. She even requested for him to join her before he answered.
Breaking out into another grin Victor took a few moments and moved around the hedge to stand before the bench and the girl. Tossing his coat onto the far side of the bench away from her, Victor stretched his arms wide and spoke in his normal over the top voice.
"Victor Maxim Hunter, The Forceful Alchemist at your service miss."
This was accompanied by a slight bowing of his head and a widening of his grin, his eyes looking into hers. Then, he straightened and resumed an eased posture, his left thumb once again finding itself tucked behind his belt.
"I'm surprised you knew I was an alchemist, it has been quite awhile since I've been in Central."
Suddenly the giant crouched down and was eye to eye with her, his forefinger and thumb of his right hand pressed against his jaw.
"Is it possible we met before? Surely I would recall such a pretty face. . ."
Once again Victor was falling to his bad habit of being too personal and saying things he should not have said at that moment. Still, when a pretty girl was involved Victor's limited restraint on his bad habits went out the window.
OOC: Sorry for the long wait. First net went down again then the sixty hour work weeks started. Also I hope it's alright I had him do that much dialogue. Just sort of fits him to ramble on.

When she was little, people were somewhat frightening to the petite girl. She remembered hiding behind her mother's skirts, little Moka would peer out. Her bright blue eyes taking in every detail of the stranger. Her mother would laugh, a high, tinkling laugh, and pat Moka's thick head of hair. Moka would hide bake behind her, and listen to her mother have a nice chat. Moka's mother had always been so kind to everyone, perhaps that's why Moka had been willing to give it all for her? With a small shiver she remember the horror of that day. Hearing the feeble noises of whatever she had created... and then realizing that she couldn't see. She couldn't see at all, she couldn't see light, or dark, it was nothing.
There was nothing, everything became nothing, and Moka fell into a pit of nothing, or world of nothing. She was hopeless. This bright-eyed girl was empty. She'd lost her mother, and her sight. She couldn't see the beauty in anything, well, she couldn't see anything, period.
Moka came back to herself, smiling with a brightness that would never have touched her face in those days, "Nice to meet you mister Victor Hunter! My name is Moka Akayshiya, but please, Moka is fine enough."
Moka almost never introduced herself as an alchemist, unless the time called for it. She didn't think anyone would believe her, and even then, if they did, they might fear her, and there was nothing to fear. Plus, her name had a bit of a reputation, but Moka was easy enough and simple. But this time she would let it slip. "I just have a sense for those kind of things, I suppose. Plus, I try to make it my business to know my fellow alchemists." As an after thought she added, "I'm the Lightning Alchemist."
She blinked and stared into his eyes curiously, "No mister Victor Hunter, I do not believe we've met before. I'd remember you, I should think. But as I said, I make it my business to know alchemists." She winked to finish her statement.
"It is very nice to meet someone so nice!"

After the young lady stated how great it was to meet someone so nice, Victor's right hand shot up to his forehead; the gesture merely a compliment to his ensuing over the top dramatic performance.
"Such a travesty, for me to have been denied your majesty. For us to have never met until this scene was set. Come for we have much time to make up, we must depart or else we may wake up."
With the conclusion of his little speech which had ended with Victor standing posed with his eyes closed and fighting keep the faked frown from turning into his natural smile, the giant could not help himself from peeking. It was always astonishing the level of intelligence Victor mustered for something so idiotic. . . Had the alchemist put half as much effort into his studies or other pursuits he may have had them completed in mere moments.
Victor was a fool for any cute girl, constantly up to give anything a whirl. In his eyes it was already agreed they'd go on a date, in his eyes all of this was some predetermined fate. Tonight they would paint Central red due to a wink. . . or maybe if this girl desired they would paint it pink.
OOC: Sorry for the sudden rhyming in the last paragraph. . . not sure why I did it, but couldn't resist once I got the wink/pink line in my head. That line just got stuck from her wink and pink hair. xD
