Klara is a Drachman immigrant who moved to the Central City a few months ago. She has a small automail workshop set up in the business sector, but hasn't had a single customer yet. Her accent makes it painfully obvious that she is a Drachman, and every Amestrian she had ran into so far has given her mild to severe trouble for it. She is *not* a Drachman agent, but she is suspected to be a spy by both Drachman and Amestrian government.

~~Friendship
Klara is actually quite desperate for friendship at the moment. For almost all of her life, she had never been alone, and this new experience of being by herself is starting to become unbearable. Her main interest lies in automail engineering (especially that of Amestrian design, as she had never seen them begore), but really. Anyone who's not calling her a 'Drachman [censored]' would do for her.

~~Enemies
Contrary to what Amestrian military believes, Klara has a deep-seated resentment against the Drachman government for, at least in her mind, getting her entire family killed and then banishing her for no good reason. At the same time, she is very weary of the Amestrian government (and its officials) after suffering through countless "interviews" that sometimes got very frightening.

~~Love
Klara is not actively looking for a love interest at the moment - understandably, considering that she hasn't even made one friend yet in her new home. She hadn't even thought about a romantic relationship ever since the explosion, but she is still an 18 year old girl.

Winry and she must have a thread! Not only is Winry super duper friendly, but she's also a mechanic and specializes in automail engineering. When she was just a kid she made a great automail arm and leg for her friend, Edward Elric, and used to do servicing on both him and his brother Alphonse. I think they could get along wonderfully! She doesn't care about where someone comes from as long as they're nice to her and at least try to understand when she talks about her mechanics - so this could work out! =D

Remis would probably try and "be friends" with the girl, not letting her know his true identity as an Amestrian General. Maybe he could help her out in a time of random need that he may (or may not have) staged?

I think Rio would probably think Klara was pretty darned cool. Rio isn't really aware enough of countries and stuff like to care about race or anything, so she'll treat Klara like anyone else. And then she will treat her like not everyone else. And then they shall be friends. XD
