Winry really does need some friends. She has some already, of course, but more are always welcome. With her kind of crazy personality its usually pretty easy for nice folks to like her. However, if your character isn't big on emotional and caring girls with a big love for anything mechanical then he/she probably won't like Winry much either. XD

Yes! I'd love to have some characters she can totally get frustrated and angry at. Since she's trying to be more self controlled these days it should be funny to see what happens when someone doesn't care if they're on her bad side or not. Just insult her automail and that should earn you a spot on her 'dislike' or 'enemies' list pretty darn quick!

Well I can see us having some threads between Winry and Ashur. He may fall between a mix of like and dislike. He is a rather distant person when it comes to emotions, but can also be quite kind at times if he wants to. On top of that the way his history is I'm sure he would have met your parents while they were Ishval so there is always that as a conversation starter. The whole "Did you say your last name is Rockbell?"


I think Winry might dislike his blind loyalty to the military and might also berate him should she ever find out that he rarely speaks to his family and even avoids them and at times has just plain walked away from them when they try to speak to him. Although at the same time he does have his reasons as to why he keeps them away from himself.

Bwahahah, a definite enemy for you. Juliet won't think twice before insulting Winry's automail, mostly because she would find it stupid and pointless to make such a thing. She'd probably also call it useless. So yeah, enemies for sure!

rebecca&winry:
Winry knows Riza, so she'll probably know Becky, too. I can see them being friends in an older-sister to younger-sister kind of way, with Becky obviously being the older sister. XD So yeah, definitely close friends. I'd like to see where this relationship goes, because it looks like they'd have a really good one. x3

mingmei&winry:
Probably friends, or at least acquaintances. Ming will probably be very impressed that Winry is so enthusiastic about her work, and she will definitely also appreciate that Winry is kinda young, like her. Even though Winry is still a lot older, she's been doing automail for a while, so... it works. XD So yeah I can see friends.

nadette&winry:
I can see Naddy and Winry being the best of friends... not! They would be enemies of course. But, on outer appearances, they would be friends, because Naddy's not going to give herself up that easily, being a Drachman SPY and all. XD So yeah, as far as Winry would know, friends ftw! Naddy would probably use her adorableness to win Winry over, so that she could have a close 'friend' should she need anything. :3

angelique&winry:
This is the one I was most excited about. x3 I think Angel and Winry would make the best of the best friends, mostly because they're both so passionate about mechanics, which in a broad term is both what they do for work! Winry could teach Angel about automail, and Angel could share her plans and blueprints on aviation to Winry, along with her other inventions of course. So yeah, I bet these two could be great friends! <3

Ashur Grey and Win

I can definitely see threads between them. She would be really interested to know everything he could remember about her parents and might annoy him just a little with her clingy attitude of 'I'm not leaving until you tell me stuff, mister!' XD. Winry wouldn't understand his loyalty to something she doesn't understand fully herself, but wouldn't pressure him too much about 'why' (well, maybe a little lol). I can see her blowing up at him and being all 'how the heck can you do such things to your own family!? *Gasp*.

Juliet and Winry

OOh. This! Would! Be! So! Fun! Mostly because Winry would run after Juliet with a wrench, screaming horrible things at her, /rofl. XD Must DO!

Rebecca and Winry

I can see Winry being interested in how Rebecca shoots and everything. Probably wouldn't mind poking around whatever weapons Beccy keeps around which could lead to... *cough*... destruction. XD But yes, I can totally see this happening.

MingMei and Winry

I can see friends! Winry would love it that someone was interested in how dedicated she is to automail and is - after all - looking for new friends anywhere she goes.

Naddy and Win

Yeeees! Winry is so oblivious, she wouldn't notice anything but the facade of innocence that Nadette puts on. XD It would be really fun to see Winry slowly start to see Nadette's true self after a while.

Angel and Win!

Winry would be all 'finally, someone who understands me!' lol. They could make crazy stuff together and work on automail and be forever friends forever! Win would probably invite Angelique to Resembool or something, beg her to stay for eternity, and all that. XD This would be so fun! We must do it!
