Drachma was not always out for blood.
At one point in time, they’d been a peaceful nation. When their race was threatened by the Amestrian military, though, they were forced deeper into the mountain. It was following this attempted genocide that the Northern Wall of Briggs was built, preventing the return of the Drachmans to their homeland. Since this tragic day nearly a century ago, they’ve doubled in size and, as far as they’re concerned, they just want their homeland back.
With the installment of the new Fuhrer in Amestris, the Drachmans have taken advantage of this. It has been two years since the Promised Day, but it has also been two years since the last battle with the people of Drachma. Within those two years, the Drachmans have been preparing to declare a full-on war with the people of Amestris; a sort of last-ditch effort to get back the land of their fathers.
The time is coming. The people of Drachma are making the final preparations. Will the Drachmans be able to recover their northern land or will the Amestrians be capable of holding them back?
