enemies anyone against mustang is an enemy of hawkeye. she does not tolerate disrespect and she isn't afraid to scare you into the correct path/method. riza also often doesn't speak out unless she knows she's right, so chances are you're beating a dead dog through arguing with her.
lovers she's never really been interested in a relationship (nor has she had one). this category is probably closed up tight. riza definitely has feelings for roy mustang, though she keeps them under wraps due to the nature of their working relationship (and such things aren't allowed).

Riza and Becky are besties, so no duh we need to thread them. Like, now! :'D I love these two. And Becky could totally set Riza up with Roy. And then Riza could nonchalantly point Havoc (when we get one ;w;) toward Becky, and then...

Ele, Riza is not very nonchalant. She'd just shoot a bullet past his head and be like "Look, go date Becky. Now." Lol.
We do need threading! If it's alright with you (since I'm behind), I can totally start the thread with Juliet if you want to start this one? Either a lunch together or shooting practice seems like a reasonable place to start (in my opinion, anyways - do whatever you'd like)!!

And yep, I'll be happy to start the thread! I'll try to start it now but I do get easily sidetracked, so perhaps it won't be done until tomorrow but I'll try super hard to get it up now! I've got a lot of Becky muse, so... I'm feeling good. XD

I can imagine Winry traveling around every once in a while when she gets bored enough, though I guess she'd have to leave 'granny' to do all the work at her shop, lol. |

Who makes phone calls to plan visits in FMA? Don't they usually just show up anyways??
I do totally agree, though. I think a bit of catching up would be in order, not to mention I think Riza would be a bit proud and would brag about the differences that have been occurring with the new staff/military. Especially after the fears Winry had in the past. She'd probably also be rather respectful/genuinely interested in what mechanical progressions Winry has made since their last encounter. And they make good friends, so we have to shove them in threads together. If you'd like, you can start up a thread? Or I can happily have Riza make a trip to Risembool (maybe with a note for one of the brothers from Roy?).
((Is it bad that I chose to keep her hair long? I enjoyed the attachment to Winry there. And loved her long hair.))

I can totally start a thread. I'm bursting with muse for Winry right now anyway, so. XD Would you like it to be when Riza is off duty or when she's still at work? Either way is fine with me. Oh and I absolutely love Riza's long hair. I thought it made her look a lot nicer when she grew it out like that in the series. =D

I make this plot for the sole reason that I adore Riza. I think they might actually have some kind of close friendship. I can see her trying to get Rio's head into the game and trying to get her to actually work for herself. That and I want to thread them.

She can start by hiring her to let out Hayate a couple times a day, sort of forming a bit of responsibility and purpose. If you want to start something and I'll jump in? Now, I wasn't going to just post up on the canon's plot page but then I found this little piece of work and I really couldn't help it. I got to thinking and they're very similar, at least as far as their jobs go. Maybe there could be an elevated terrorist threat and the military hired private body guards to bulk up their security detail? Jack has two family members currently in the military, so she probably would have passed some sort of inspection if that was the deal, but yeah. I think these two would get along very well. They're both skilled, and while Riza has a shot like no other, get Jack into close combat and there's not a lot that can stop the heart attack she has in her hands. I guess I think they would get along, even if they weren't friends. They would definitely kick ten kinds of ass. That is all.

That picture is rather encouraging for a potential plot. I could see that sort of incident, also. Potentially... Riza's been requested to work through a private affair mission that they'd like to keep hidden because of her sniper abilities. Ends up paired with Jack for said mission, because Jack knows the territory/involved group and would look less suspicious? Even just a group of vicious kidnappers would work (but it's totally up to you).
Start with that and just throw them together? See where it goes (that's always fun!)?

Not plotting with Riza (yet) but I'd like to point out that in 'Simple People', a bonus chapter of FMA: Brotherhood, Winry said she first got her ears pierced because she saw a woman from the military and liked them. Riza also states in the same episode that she grew her hair long after meeting a girl in Resembool. They both changed their appearance after meeting each other the first time Mustang went to check the boys out, before the main events of the series. To me this implies that they have some sort of mutual respect and personality similarities that go deeper than shown in the series. They also both have someone they love and have difficulty expressing emotion for due to their station in life. This could be interesting to see explored. Just throwing my 2 cents in. =]

Ricky and Riza: ......Ricky is a sweet little guy, he's a state alchemist, the Silent Alchemist. He's also one hell of a pianist. I think that maybe, because of the fact that he's been forever silenced, he could kind of be ....Riza's walking journal. XD There's no danger of him letting anything slip to anyone. If not, he'd be a little afraid of Riza, but at the same time he might be the only one besides Rebecca who actually knows about her feelings for Roy. He's extremely observant and has a knack for being able to see past people's walls. We can threat with them and see what happens. I have an open thread for him in Central that needs Military people. XD If you want to look at it, it's called 'I need a job. Please? I'm so cute!'
Luke and Riza: Luke would probably actually like Riza, even though he isn't an alchemist and not part of state. He does live in Central, so he and Riza would probably know one another. He might even have her help him with training or something one day. We can see how it goes. Maybe Riza can see Luke out running and then just kind of....her own harsh way give him some encouragement. Or maybe he could even save Hayate. That'd be cool too.
Alphonse and Riza: I kind of think Al sees Riza as ....a sort of big sister figure and maybe she has a soft spot for him. Maybe they can both come to the other for much needed advice from time to time.

I can see Hawkeye, and Felix having a somewhat like/dislike relationship in the beginning. They're pretty much opposite of each other; one's hard-working all the time, and the other is hard-working when it interests him. I can also see Felix asking Hawkeye a lot of questions about the Promised Day, and his concerns about it.
