Unless you happen to be one of the royal family it wouldn't be too hard for you to be a friend of May's. She is very loyal and can become easily attached to people. *cough*Al*cough* If you are injured she will probably get very attached. She has a soft spot for hurt people. May has an overactive imagination *cough*Ed*cough*Al*cough* So if she comes to find you she may be angry when she figures out you aren't like what she thought you were.

I guess if you are mean to Xiao May she will "hate" you. She also doesn't like Ed... Lol... You can make enemies with her is you hurt one of her friends or if you a rude. Or, you know... if you are Ed... Also, if you are one of those people who pick on the weak she could get nasty.

Ricky and Mai: They need to meet. Mainly because Ricky needs to find some way to get to Xing. XD He'd be nothing but sweet to Xiao Mai, hell if he could get his hands on bamboo, he'd make her fat off it. He's an alchemist, a State Alchemist. The Silence Alchemist. He's hurt, and he's pretty much a little push over and has a fragile health when it comes to extreme heat or cold. I think he and Mai would get along like bread and butter.

Luke and Mai: Again, these two would totally get along. I see them becoming sparing partners. Luke wouldn't go easy on her, and she wouldn't go easy on him. When they weren't sparring, Luke would treat her like the princess she is, even though he has no idea she's a princess. It's just his way.

Alphonse and Mai: .......I'm a total Mai and Al shipper. I love these two. But that doesn't mean I'm not against a rival for Mai's love. You know, to add drama and all that. Anyway, these two have got to thread. Maybe they can meet up and go on a first real date. Picnic in a field anyone?
