REBECCA CATALINA
Laid back and care free, Rebecca fits Roy Mustang pretty perfectly as a friend. The two are often seen poking good fun at one another, with Rebecca teasing him about "hooking him up with Riza" if he were to set her up on a date with Havoc. Though General Mustang has refused all of this because of his military obligations, it would be a lie to say that he hasn't considered it...
ELICIA HUGHES
When the late Maes Hughes was no longer able to take care of his daughter, Roy stepped in and decided he would be the father that Maes wanted to be. He comes by to see Elicia just about every week, assuming work doesn't get in the way. He often brings her gifts and tells her stories about her good old dad back when he and Mustang were in the Academy together.

Right, so...
Juliet&Roy:
I can see Juliet having some type of crush on Roy, just because he's an attractive military man, y'know? And that'll also give me an opportunity to flesh out my Juliet/Riza enemies plan. I don't think they'd really be classified as friends, but I wouldn't go as far to say enemies. 'Acquaintances', maybe, if Roy stopped by the bakery while Juliet was there, or if they saw each other in town. But meh, that's about it ^^
Rebecca&Roy:
Friends, obviously! Becky and Riza have been best friends ever since military academy, so it's obvious Becky will know Roy. In fact, they will probably be very good friends as they both have more of a laid-back type personality. Aaand, like Britt and I were talking about, Becky would probably try to get Riza and Roy together, so we might end up with threads with all three of them, eh? That and Roy and Riza might try to get Becky and Havoc together, if we end up getting one that is. But anyway, definitely friends for these two :3
Mingmei&Roy:
I can't see much for these two unless Roy is injured or someone he knows is injured. Seeing as Mingmei is a travelling doctor, it is also possible he has heard of her here and there. She also spent a lot of time in Central during and around the Promised Day, so he might recognise her from there as well. So maybe friends, as much as they could be, considering that Ming is only fourteen. xD
And, for when my Drachman spy, Nadette, is finished, enemies, BUT, here's the catch- she's adorable and doesn't act anything like a spy. Her cover story is merely, her parents died and she's an innocent, cute little Drachman orphan who wanders around Amestris looking for a home. So perhaps we start out as friends, because I can see him being very kind and caring toward her in that state, until he finds out she's a spy, and then we can turn it to enemies? :3

Elicia & Roy:She has Aunti Riza, now she needs Uncle Roy!  Rizza comes over about once a week and she wasn't as close to Hughes as Roy was. So I think it'd be cute if he came to visit, either with Riza or alone. Elicia could have tea parties with him and Gracia and if Roy brings Riza, Riza too. I bet Roy would love that... Roy would probably be like the substitue father, and they'd have more of a relationship like that. I think it'd be cute if she started doing the 'shove the picture in the face' thing to him. Lol, anyways these are just my ideas...

Roy doesn't need to know everyone! But your doctor may of heard of the general because of his "amazing" recovery from human transmutation.

I believe Roy would definitely be more attached to Elicia than what was shown in the series. He would definitely try and play a big role in her life, and would definitely go to any means he could to protect her (i.e. bodyguards when she joined the military). The relationship with her would definitely spark a lot of emotion in Mustang, so it could be interesting. I'll get a thread for all three of us (Riza, Mustang, and Elicia) when I tie up a few more threads on some other sites.

Yes, Rio shall plot with Roy. And like it.
These two would probably get exasperated by each other sometimes, her by his arrogance and him by her apparent laziness, but I think they'd be pretty good friends. :3 Similar personalities and all that.
Also, she's considering joining the military. She needs someone to talk her out of it her into it to about it.

Hey, sorry to bother you, but I wanted to see if we could get something going between my character Ashur Grey and Mustang. My character is not finished at the time of this post (I just have to do some minor editing before I submit it.), but I figured we could talk at least. What I was hoping for is the first thread Ashur comes to Mustang for some advice.
Ashur would have worked with Mustang during the Ishvalan war at times and on a few assignments after that. They are not close friends by any means, but Ashur does not really have any friends at all, with Mustang and other senior officer from the war being the closest thing to that.
Anyways, Ashur served the Furher as a secret police of sorts right up to the Battle of Central, with Ashur turning on the Furher that day when he learned of what he planned for the country. This was a major decision for Ashur since he is the type of man who generally follows his orders no matter what they are, even if it was suicidal. Having to choose between his oath of following the Furher's orders and his oath to protect to people kind of broke him in spirit.
This will be the first time he's been back to Central since the battle and is in serious need of some advice. Pretty much I need someone to convince him that leaving the military, or even killing himself isn't going to help anything. After that thread if you want I would like to see them get a little closer and become better friends, but that is purely up to you.

For both of you- if you start the thread, sure! And for Ashur, you might want to have a thread with my other character, Remis. He is the Head of Intelligence for the military, and he would definitely like to have a word with you!

Were you wanting to do the thread with Remis first, do both at the same time or Mustang first? I am just wondering what would be better for you. I tend to get a heavy load of threads on a new site, but I know some people only like to have two or three threads at once. So I figured i would check with you.
